i started my career working for non-profit organizations to follow my passion for improving people’s lives. yet, in every position i held, i found myself seeking out data to proactively solve problems. a quick learner, i taught myself how to mine data and interpret trends into meaningful insight, and then sought out formal education to solidify my technical skills. now, my naturally-analytical mentality and eagerness to help others places me in high demand with co-workers trying to find insight through data, and my empathetic interpersonal skills have allowed me to take on meaningful leadership roles within my company, including managing a team of analysts and mentoring up-and-coming professionals. i am searching for a position where i can use my technical skills to develop a product that i believe in, as well as lead employees and develop effective team dynamics.
